The content and curriculum development are supervised by the Executive Director of S.P.E.E.D, Syeda Madiha Murshed.

Training Methodology:
Training programs are designed to meet learning outcomes based on client needs. These programs are learner oriented with interactive sessions. The hands-on activities are based on problem solving, role-play, quizzes, online board activities, short assignment, group/individual presentation, case studies, interactive discussions and reflection on their own teaching practice. The certificate and modular programs have direct connections to the workplace putting emphasis on application rather than theory. There is reflection over practice for better output.
Trainers:
Our trainers are experienced and qualified practitioners with years of teaching experience. The Resource Persons will be supervised and monitored by the Senior Coordinator, Sabrina Islam and Syeda Madiha Murshed, Executive Director, S.P.E.E.D, will supervise content and curriculum development.
