SPEED services include providing coaching services on a one-on-one basis or for a small group. We can work closely with members of senior management to identify skills gap or areas for further career growth and improved leadership through a range of needs assessments and an interview. After that, the training would include regular weekly meetings for reading, discussion and counseling. The sessions start off with exploration and identification of problems. They then move on to an agenda-driven series of meetings to discuss the different issues related to leadership that are relevant to the individual or individuals concerned. Discussions and reading materials are tailored to the individual needs and industry of the participants.
